1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of industrial weighing equipment and customized systems, returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be free from physical damage, tampering, or misuse
- Custom-built, software-integrated, or calibration-specific products are non-returnable
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order weighing systems
- Software licenses, activated software, or digital products
- Products damaged due to improper handling, electrical faults, or environmental factors
- Products installed, calibrated, or commissioned at the customer site
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Physically damaged during transit
- Incorrectly supplied
- Dead on arrival (DOA)
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement, or
- Repair, or
- Refund (only if replacement is not feasible)
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
- Shipping, installation, calibration, and service charges are non-refundable
- Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary
5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error
- Products must be securely packed to prevent transit damage
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment
